PRODUCT EXCHANGE
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with unbroken seals and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like used products and side label seal broken.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for exchange if product relates to the above.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us with what you have and what you want in exchange. We will email you back within the day of your exchange request. You will receive shipping label to send us product to be exchanged. Upon receiving product for exchange, your new product will be shipped to you immediately.
We will notify you once we’ve received the product for exchange.
